Conway got his first taste of NASCAR in 2003 when he made his debut at Atlanta Motor Speedway. Since then he has had a hard time finding and keeping a full-time ride, bouncing around numerous teams in the Nationwide Series. In 2010 he found a full-time ride in the Sprint Cup Series, driving the #37 as a teammate to Travis Kvapil. In his Sprint Cup debut at Auto Club he finished 31st.
