Jimmie Johnson wins at Dover
Jimmie Johnson held off Kyle Busch Sunday to take the checkered flag in the MBNA RacePoints 400 at the Dover International Speedway.
The win moved Johnson to the head of the Chase Standings as former leader Tony Stewart fell to fifth place in the standings after an 18th place finish at Dover.
Rusty Wallace finished in third place, followed closely by Mark Martin in fourth. Rounding out the rest of the top 10 were Ryan Newman, Elliot Sadler, Jeremy Mayfield, Kyle Petty, Carl Edwards and Casey Mears.
The drivers of NASCAR hit the track next week at the Talladega Superspeedway in the UAW-Ford 500.
