Busch wins at Bristol
Kyle Busch held off a late charge by Jeff Burton on the final lap Sunday to claim the checkered flag in the Food City 500 at Bristol Motor Speedway.
Jeff Gordon was third on the day and took over first place in the drivers standings. Gordon has a slim three-point lead over Burton, while Jimmie Johnson sits in third place, 75 points back.
Coming in behind Gordon at Bristol on Sunday was Kevin Harvick in fourth, followed by Greg Biffle in fifth. Jeff Green was sixth and Dale Earnhardt Jr. was seventh. Rounding out the rest of the Top 10 were Clint Bowyer, Jamie McMurray and Casey Mears.
