Busch captures 3M at Michigan
Kurt Busch won his second race of the season on Tuesday, as he captured the 3M Performance 400 at the Michigan International Speedway, after a two-day rain delay.
Busch solidified his chances of grabbing the final spot in the race for the Chase with just three races to go. Behind him in second was Martin Truex Jr., with Jimmie Johnson third and Matt Kenseth coming in at fourth. Rounding out the top five was Denny Hamlin, who led for 197 laps before falling off pace.
Rounding out the top 10 were Dave Blaney in sixth, Carl Edwards seventh, Brian Vickers finished eighth, while Bobby Labonte was ninth and Tony Stewart came in at the tenth position.
The Drivers of Nascar return to the track next week for the Sharpie 500 at Bristol Motor Speedway, after a short layoff due to the rain in Michigan.
