Busch wins at Atlanta
Kyle Busch made history Sunday by becoming the first driver to win a Sprint Cup race in a Toyota, as he claimed the checkered flag in the Kobalt Tools 500 at Atlanta Motor Speedway.
With the win Busch padded his lead atop the drivers standings. Busch now leads Greg Biffle, who was fourth on Sunday, by 73 points.
Tony Stewart made it a one-two finish for Toyota at Atlanta by finishing right behind Busch, while Dale Earnhardt Jr. was third. Biffle came fourth, followed by Jeff Gordon in fifth.
Clint Bowyer crossed the finish line sixth at Atlanta, while Kevin Harvick was seventh. Rounding out the rest of the Top 10 were Matt Kenseth, Brian Vickers and Jeff Burton.
The drivers of NASCAR return to the track next week at Bristol Motor Speedway in the Food City 500.
