Busch gets victory at Infineon
Kyle Busch increased his lead in the driver standings on Sunday afternoon with a win in the Toyota/Save Mart 350 on the road course at Infineon Raceway.
David Gilliland was second across the finish line, with Jeff Gordon, Clint Bowyer, and Casey Mears rounding out the Top 5. Juan Montoya, Ryan Newman, Matt Kenseth, Carl Edwards, and Tony Stewart made up the rest of the Top 10.
Dale Earnhardt Jr. had to settle for an 12th-place result at Infineon, while Jimmie Johnson ended up in 15th place. Denny Hamlin had a forgettable day at the track, ending up in 27th, while Kasey Kahne was back in 33rd.
Busch now leads Jeff Burton by 103 points atop the driver standings, with Earnhardt Jr. 152 points back in third place. Edwards and Johnson make up the rest of the standings
