Edwards wins at Pocono

Carl Edwards held off Tony Stewart and a rain delay at Pocono Raceway on Sunday to claim his fourth win of the season in the Sunoco Red Cross Pennsylvania 500.

Points leader Kyle Busch ran out of gas late in the race and finished 35th, but he still sits in first place in the driver standings.

Finishing behind Edwards and Stewart at Pocono was Jimmie Johnson in third, Kevin Harvick in fourth and David Ragan in fifth. Clint Bowyer was sixth and Kasey Kahnes crossed the line seventh. Rounding out the rest of the Top 10 were Mark Martin, Jamie McMurray and Jeff Gordon.

The drivers of NASCAR return to the track next week at Watkins Glen International for the Centurion Boats at The Glen.
