Edwards upsets Busch for Sharpie 500
Carl Edwards trailed for most of the race but held off Kyle Busch on the last lap to take the Sharpie 500 at Bristol Motor Speedway Saturday night.
Busch still has the lead atop the standings for the Chase over Edwards. Denny Hamlin pulled into third spot, while Kevin Harvick and Jeff Gordon rounded out the top five.
Ryan Newman roared into sixth-place with Clint Bowyer in seventh, followed by Tony Stewart, Matt Kenseth and David Ragan.
The drivers of Nascar will next take to the track August 31st for the Pepsi 500 at Auto Club Speedway.
