Busch captures Crown Royal at Richmond
Kyle Busch celebrated his birthday by roaring past Jeff Gordon late in the race and crossed the finish line in first place well ahead of second-place finisher Tony Stewart Saturday night to capture the Crown Royal 400 at Richmond International Speedway.
Busch extended his points lead with the victory, while Jeff Burton escaped some crashes to finish third, Ryan Newman came across the line in fourth, and Mark Martin rounded out the Top five.
Closing out the Top 10 was Sam Hornish Jr., Jamie McMurray, Gordon, Casey Mears, and Juan Montoya.
The drivers of NASCAR will next meet at the Darlington Raceway for the Diamond Hill 200 on May 8th.
