Harvick wins at Michigan
Kevin Harvick held on to the points lead and picked up his second win of the season Sunday after taking the checkered flag at Michigan international Speedway in the Carfax 400.
Harvick's lead in the driver standings increased to 293 points over Jeff Gordon, who finished well back in 27th place on Sunday.
Following Harvick across the finish line on Sunday was Denny Hamlin in second, Carl Edwards in third and Greg Biffle in fourth. Matt Kenseth was fifth, Tony Stewart was sixth and Juan Pablo Montoya was seventh. Rounding out the rest of the Top 10 were Martin Truex Jr., Elliott Sadler and Joey Logano.
The Sprint Cup season continues on Saturday night with the Irwin Tools Night Race at Bristol Motor Speedway.
