Johnson wins at Dover
Jimmie Johnson bounced back from a horrible start to the Chase last week with a victory at Dover International Speedway on Sunday, as the claimed the checkered flag in the AAA 400.
With the win Johnson moved up to second place in the driver standings. Denny Hamlin finished ninth on Sunday and held on to the lead in the driver standings with a 35-point lead over Johnson.
Finishing behind Johnson at Dover was Jeff Burton in second, Joey Logano in third and Kurt Busch in fourth. Carl Edwards was fifth, Kyle Busch was sixth and Paul Menard was seventh. Rounding out the rest of the Top 10 were Ryan Newman, Hamlin and A.J. Allmendinger.
The Chase for the Sprint Cup continues next week at Kansas Speedway with the Price Chopper 400.
