Hamlin claims AdvoCare 500 title in Atlanta

Denny Hamlin held off Jeff Gordon and Brad Keselowski on Sunday night to take the checkered flag in the AdvoCare 500 at Atlanta Motor Speedway.

Martin Truex Jr. and Kevin Harvick rounded out the top five drivers at the race, while Kyle Busch, Dale Earnhardt Jr., Paul Menard, Matt Kenseth, and Mark Martin made up the rest of the night's Top 10.

Greg Biffle ended up 15th in Atlanta, and he's eight points up on Earnhardt Jr. for first place in the current Sprint Cup Series driver standings.

Kenseth, Jimmie Johnson, Truex Jr., Keselowski, Hamlin, Clint Bowyer, Harvick, Tony Stewart, Kasey Kahne, and Busch hold down the other 10 Chase berths with NASCAR's playoff schedule set to get underway in two weeks.
