Astros double Pirates

The Houston Astros won the rubber match with a 6-3 doubling of the Pittsburgh Pirates Thursday afternoon at PNC Park.

Houston won the game as a +115 underdog, and the nine runs went as a PUSH against the posted over/under (9).

Lance Berkman belted a game-winning three-run homer to lead the Astros. Wesley Wright got the win in relief, and LaTroy Hawkins picked up his first save.

Nyjer Morgan went 3-for-5 at the plate with one RBI for the Pirates. Sean Burnett was burned for three runs in relief and suffered the loss.
