Brewers edge Cubs

Ryan Braun hit a game-winning two-run homer to lift the Milwaukee Brewers to a 3-2 win over the Chicago Cubs at Miller Park Friday night.

Milwaukee won the game as -135 favorites, and the five runs went UNDER the posted over/under (9.5).

J.J. Hardy drove in the other run for the Cubs. Mitch Stetter got the win in relief, and Trevor Hoffman earned his fifth save.

Milton Bradley homered in a losing effort for the Cubs. Aaron Heilman gave up two runs off four hits in relief to suffer the loss.
