Astros rally past Padres
The Houston Astros scored twice in the eighth inning and got past the San Diego Padres 5-4 Saturday night at Minute Maid Park.
Houston won the game as a -110 pick’em, while the nine runs fell UNDER the night’s posted over/under (9.5).
Carlos Lee went 3-for-4 at the plate with two RBIs for the Astros. LaTroy Hawkins threw for just over an inning and earned the win on the mound.
David Eckstein went 2-for-5 with two RBIs for the Padres. Luke Gregerson gave up three runs in relief and was tagged with the loss.
