San Jose State Defeats BYU 20-14 - Recap

Jamaal Williams rushed for 62 yards for BYU, while Riley Nelson added 11 yards. Riley Nelson threw for 335 yards for the Cougars, while receivers Cody Hoffman and Jamaal Williams had 155 and 50 yards respectively.
BYU outgained San Jose State 422-364 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 24-17 by the Cougars.
BYU lost the time of possession battle 31:57/28:03, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.
San Jose State heads into a Week 13 battle against Louisiana Tech. BYU, meanwhile, will have their next action against New Mexico State.
