The Cincinnati Reds went up 2-0 in their best-of- three series with a 6-4 victory over the Houston Astros 6-4 Tuesday night at Great American Ball Park.
Cincinnati won the game as a -110 pick’em, while the 10 runs made it OVER the posted over/under (8.5).
Laynce Nix had two hits for the Reds, including a solo home run. Nick Masset earned the win in relief, and Francisco Cordero notched his 13th save.
Ivan Rodriguez drove in two runs for the Astros, while Tim Byrdak was tagged with two runs in short relief in the loss.
