Ian Stewart went 3-for-4 with a two-run homer and three RBIs for the Rockies. Huston Street tossed a scoreless ninth to pick up the win.
Brandon Moss had three hits and drove in two runs for the Pirates. Jesse Chavez gave up two runs in suffering the loss.
