The Houston Astros downed the San Diego Padres in a series-clinching 7-2 win Thursday afternoon in the finale of a four-game set at Petco Park.
Houston won the game as a -105 pick’em, while the nine runs made it OVER the posted over/under (7.5).
Geoff Blum led the way with a three-run homer and four RBIs for the Astros. Wandy Rodriguez threw seven innings for the victory, allowing seven hits and one run.
Kevin Correia gave up eight hits and six runs over five innings in the loss.
