Eli Whiteside launched a grand slam home run as the San Francisco Giants defeated the Houston Astros 10-6 in the series rubber match Wednesday afternoon at Minute Maid Park.

Pablo Sandoval went 3-for-4 at the plate with a pair of RBIs and a couple of runs scored for the Giants. Joe Martinez allowed just three runs over five innings for his second straight victory.
Hunter Pence belted a two-run homer for the Astros. Brian Moehler surrendered nine hits and seven runs over six innings in the loss.
