Rockies fend off Nationals
Carlos Gonzalez home run in the eighth inning gave the Colorado Rockies a 5-4 win over the Washington Nationals Wednesday.
Colorado won the game as -150 favorites, while the nine runs went UNDER the posted over/under (9.5).
Clint Barmes belted a solo home run for the Rockies. Jason Marquis went six innings on the mound for his 14th victory.
Ryan Zimmerman drove in a pair of runs for the Nationals. Collin Balester gave up three runs in just over 1 1-3 innings in the loss.
