Phillies trim Mets

Chase Utley hit a two-run homer in a three-run sixth inning as the Philadelphia Phillies defeated the New York Mets 4-1 Saturday night at Citi Field.

Philadelphia won the game as -250 favorites, while the team’s played UNDER the posted over/under (9).

Pedro Feliz and Carlos Ruiz drove in the other runs for the Phillies. J.A. Happ gave up just one run over seven innings for his 10th win, and Brad Lidge earned his 24th save.

Omir Santos drove in the only run for the Mets, while Pat Misch surrendered two runs in taking the loss in relief.
