Eugenio Velez went 3-for-5 at the plate with a solo home run and two RBIs for the Giants. Bob Howry tossed just under an inning of relief in picking up the win.
Manny Ramirez belted a two-run homer and finished with three RBIs for the Dodgers. Ramon Troncosco fell to 4-4 after giving up three hits and two runs.
