The lowly Pittsburgh Pirates defeated the NL West division-leading Los Angeles Dodgers 3-1 Friday night at PNC Park.
Pittsburgh won the game as +180 underdogs, while the teams played UNDER the posted over/under (9).
Brandon Moss went 1-for-3 at the plate with a pair of RBIs for the Pirates. Donnie Veal tossed two innings of relief for the win, and Matt Capps collected his 26th save.
Jon Garland gave up six hits and three runs over six innings in the loss.
