Cards double Rockies

The St. Louis Cardinals evened their three-game series Saturday, defeating the Colorado Rockies 6-3 at Coors Field.

St. Louis won the game as +120 underdogs, while the nine runs made it OVER the posted over/under (8).

Ryan Ludwick hit a two-run homer to lead the Cardinals. Adam Wainwright improved to 19-8 with the win, and Ryan Franklin closed out the contest with his 38th save.

Brad Hawpe belted a two-run homer for the Rockies, while Ubaldo Jimenez gave up four runs over seven innings in the loss.
