Pirates pound Dodgers

Zach Duke allowed one run over 8 2-3 innings to earn the win, as the Pittsburgh Pirates slammed the Los Angeles Dodgers 11-1 on Monday.

Pittsburgh cashed as +140 home underdogs, while the game played OVER the 8.5-run total set by oddsmakers.

Andy LaRoche went 5-for-5 with two homers and six runs batted in for the Pirates, as Garrett Jones was 2-for-5 with a big fly and two RBIs for Pittsburgh.

Chin-lung Hu drove in the lone run for Los Angeles, while Hiroki Kuroda was handed the loss after allowing two earned runs over four innings for the Dodgers.
