Juan Rivera went 2-for-4 at the plate with one RBI for the Angels. Joe Saunders tossed seven innings for the win, giving up one run off a solid three-hit performance.
Adrian Beltre drove in the lone run for the Mariners. Chris Jakubauskas surrendered five hit and two runs over 5 1-3 innings in the loss.
