The Cleveland Indians snuck past the Tampa Bay Rays 2-1 Thursday to complete a four-game sweep at Jacobs Field.
Cleveland won the game as +105 underdogs, while the team’s played UNDER the posted over/under (11.5).
Victor Martinez drove in both runs to lead the Indians. Matt Herges tossed just under two innings to post the victory, and Kerry Wood closed out the ninth with his eighth save.
Willy Aybar went 2-for-4 at the plate with a solo home run for the Rays. Jeff Niemann gave up five hits and one run over three innings in a losing effort.
