White Sox double Indians

The Chicago White Sox evened their three-game series with a 4-2 win over the Cleveland Indians Saturday afternoon at U.S. Cellular Field.

Chicago won the game as -130 favorites, while the six runs went UNDER the day’s posted over/under (9.5).

Josh Fields homered and finished 2-for-4 at the plate for the White Sox. Gavin Floyd whiffed seven batters over 6 2-3 innings for the win.

Jamey Carroll went 2-for-4 at the plate and drove in one run for the Indians. Jeremy Sowers gave up five hits and two runs over 6 2-3 innings in the loss.
