Big innings power ChiSox

Two six-run innings led the Chicago White Sox past the New York Yankees 14-4 Saturday at U.S. Cellular Field.

Chicago won the game as +140 underdogs, while the 18 runs sailed OVER the posted over/under (8.5).

Scott Podsednik went 3-for-4 at the plate with four RBIs to lead the White Sox. John Danks improved to 9-7 with the win, allowing seven hits and four runs.

Alex Rodriguez had three hits and drove in one run for the Yankees, who have lost three straight. A.J. Burnett gave up 10 hits and seven runs over 4 2-3 innings in suffering the loss.
