Joe Mauer hit his 20th home run of the season on Saturday night as the Minnesota Twins cruised to an 11-0 win over the Detroit Tigers.
The Twins had no trouble picking up the victory as +175 road underdogs in this contest, while the combined score went OVER the night's posted total (8.5).
Mauer collected three RBI for Minnesota in the win. Starting pitcher Carl Pavano tossed seven shutout innings, giving up just five hits.
Justin Verlander was knocked around for five runs over six innings in the loss for the Tigers.
