J.D. Drew led the ninth-inning rally with a two-run dinger for the Red Sox. Takaski Saito tossed an inning of relief to earn the win.
Michael Young belted a two-run homer and drove in three runs for the Rangers. Frank Francisco gave up six runs in under one inning of relief in suffering the loss.
