A’s clip Indians

Brett Anderson fanned 10 batters over six scoreless innings Friday, as the Oakland A’s defeated the Cleveland Indians 2-1.

Oakland won the game as -165 favorites, while the three runs went UNDER the posted over/under (8.5).

Nomar Garciaparra and Mark Ellis had two hits with one RBI apiece for the A’s. Brad Ziegler closed out the game for his seventh save.

Matt LaPorta drove in the lone run for the Indians. David Huff allowed seven hits and two runs over six innings to suffer the loss.
