Rockies get even with Mets

The Colorado Rockies scored three runs in the seventh inning and helped them double the New York Mets 4-2 Thursday night to earn a split of the doubleheader.

Colorado won the game as -140 favorites, while the six runs went UNDER the posted over/under (8.5).

Clint Barmes belted a two-run homer to lead the Rockies, and Jorge De La Rosa improved to 9-7 with the victory.

Fernando Tatis went deep in the loss for the Mets, while Jonathan Niese gave up eight hits and four runs over 6 1-3 innings in the loss.
