Gio Gonzalez tossed a two-hit shutout through eight innings Saturday, as the Oakland A’s defeated the San Francisco Giants 1-0.
The A’s won the game as -115 favorites, while the teams played UNDER the posted over/under (7.5) set by sportsbooks.
Coco Crisp drove in the only run to lift the A’s. Andrew Bailey closed out the ninth for his seventh save.
Matt Cain gave up the only run in suffering the loss for the Giants.
