White Sox blank Nationals

Carlos Quentin drove in the only run of the game as the Chicago White Sox beat the Washington Nationals 1-0 Saturday.

The White sox won the game as -122 favorites, while the teams played UNDER the posted over/under (8.5) set by sportsbooks.

Jake Peavy tossed a three-hit complete-game shutout to earn the win for the White Sox.

J.D. Martin gave up eight hits and one run over six innings in the loss for the Nationals.
