Austin Kearns belted a three-run homer in an eight-run ninth as the Cleveland Indians defeated the Baltimore Orioles 8-2 Saturday at Camden Yards.
The Indians won the game as +120 underdogs, while the 10 runs made it OVER the posted over/under (8.5) set by sportsbooks.
Mitch Talbot tossed eight innings for the victory, giving up two earned runs off five hits.
Alfredo Simon gave up four runs in relief and was tagged with the Orioles loss.
