Royals slip past Indians

Zack Greinke gave up one run over six innings to get the win in the Kansas City Royals' 2-1 triumph over the Cleveland Indians on Tuesday night.

Kansas City won as -160 home favorites, while the game played UNDER the 7.5-run total set by sportsbooks.

Wilson Betemit was 2-for-4 with a homer for the Royals, who also got a big fly from Yuniesky Betancourt in the win.

Matt LaPorta went yard for Cleveland, while Jeanmar Gomez allowed two runs over six innings to take the loss for the Indians.
