Cardinals nip Astros

The St. Louis Cardinals kept the Houston Astros winless by coming away with a 2-1 victory Wednesday night.

St. Louis won the game as -240 favorites, while the three runs went UNDER the posted over/under (8.5).

Albert Pujols drove in one run for the Cardinals, while Ryan Ludwick scored the other run off a fielding error. Brad Penney allowed just three hits and one run over his seven innings for the win.

Brett Myers gave up four hits and two runs over seven innings in the loss.
