Brewers shut down Pirates

Ryan Braun had three hits including a solo home run as the Milwaukee Brewers shut down the Pittsburgh Pirates 8-0 Wednesday night.

Milwaukee won the game as -130 favorites, while the teams played UNDER the posted over/under (8.5) set by sportsbooks.

Yovani Gallardo tossed the win allowing three hits over five scoreless innings with 10 strikeouts for the Brewers.

Zach Duke surrendered six earned runs over five innings in the loss for the Pirates.
