Phillies avoid sweep in marathon

The Philadelphia Phillies scored twice in the 11th inning to cap a 7-6 comeback win over the San Francisco Giants Wednesday to avoid a three-game sweep.

Philadelphia won the game as +140 underdogs, while the 13 runs sailed OVER the posted over/under (7).

Ryan Madson earned the win for the Phillies, and Nelson Figueroa closed out the 11th with his first save.

Nate Schierholz went 5-for-5 at the plate for the Giants, while Sergio Romo surrendered both extra inning runs in the loss.
