Cubs clobber Diamondbacks
The Chicago Cubs scored two runs in the ninth to down the Arizona Diamondbacks, 7-5, at Wrigley Field Saturday.

First baseman Derrek Lee knocked in two runs with a single in the ninth inning, finishing the day 2-for-4 with two RBI. Outfielder Alfonso Soriano went 2-for-4 with a home run and two RBI. Starter Carlos Silva lasted five innings, giving up five runs on eight hits.
The D-backs got two RBI from both Justin Upton and Mark Reynolds in the loss. Starting pitcher Dan Haren went six innings, allowing three runs on 10 hits. Reliever Juan Gutierrez allowed the two runs in the ninth.
