Cueto, Reds hammer Pirates

Johnny Cueto tossed a one-hit shutout to lead the Cincinnati Reds over the Pittsburgh Pirates 9-0 on Tuesday night.

Cincinnati cashed as -130 road favorites, while the game played OVER the 8.5-run total listed by oddsmakers.

Jay Bruce was 3-for-5 with three runs batted in for the Reds, as Chris Heisey went 3-for-4 with a two-run homer for Cincinnati.

Charlie Morton gave up three runs over six innings to take the loss for Pittsburgh, while Ronny Cedeno recorded the lone hit for the Pirates.
