D-Backs slip past Mets

Chris Snyder drove in the winning run in the 14th inning Wednesday, as the Arizona Diamondbacks defeated the New York Mets 4-3 for a sweep of the three-game set at Chase Field.

The Diamondbacks won the game as -136 favorites, while the seven runs went UNDER the posted over/under (8.5) set by sportsbooks.

Rusty Ryal went 4-for-5 with a solo home run for the Diamondbacks. Blaine Boyer tossed two scoreless innings to pull out the victory on the hill.

Fernando Nieve gave up two hits and allowed the winning run in the Mets loss.
