Astros outgun Cardinals

Jeff Keppinger was 2-for-5 with four runs batted in to lead the Houston Astros past the St. Louis Cardinals 9-4 on Monday night.

Houston cashed as +145 road underdogs, while the game played OVER the 7.5-run total listed by oddsmakers.

Chris Johnson went 2-for-4 with two RBIs for the Astros, as Nelson Figueroa picked up the win in relief of Brett Myers for Houston.

Felipe Lopez was 2-for-3 with an RBI for St. Louis, while Mike MacDougal was handed the loss for the Cardinals after allowing the go-ahead run in the top of the eighth inning.
