Padres roll past Pirates

Adrian Gonzalez went 4-for-4 with two RBIs Wednesday, as the San Diego Padres beat the Pittsburgh Pirates 8-5.

Kevin Correia improved to 9-7 with the victory, and Heath Bell closed out the win with his 33rd save.

James McDonald surrendered seven hits and four runs over 4 2-3 innings in a losing effort for the Pirates.
