Brewers cruise past Marlins

Corey Hart homered and drove in a pair of runs to lead the Milwaukee Brewers in a series-opening 8-3 win over the Florida Marlins Thursday night at Miller Park.

The Brewers won the game as -170 favorites, and the 11 runs made it OVER the posted over/under (7.5) set by sportsbooks.

Rickie Weeks and Yovani Gallardo alos drove in a pair of runs for the Brewers, and Gallardo improved to 14-7 with the victory.

Anibal Sanchez suffered the loss for the Marlins, giving up 10 hits and five runs over 5 1-3 innings.
