The Washington State Cougars scored 24 points in the second quarter in Week 3, as they sent the Idaho Vandals home with a 45-28 win at Martin Stadium.
The Cougars did not cover the 24.5-point home spread, and the 73 points scored were OVER the posted total of 55.
Alex Brink was 26-for-36 for 308 yards, four touchdowns and a pick, while Michael Bumpus had 118 yards and a pair of majors on eight catches for the Cougars.
Nathan Enderle went 17-for-35 for 205 yards, three touchdowns and four interceptions, while running for another major. Max Komar caught five passes for 96 yards and two scores for the Vandals.
