LeBron James poured in a game-high 38 points to lead the Cleveland Cavaliers to a 105-95 victory over the Indiana Pacers Friday night.
Cleveland covered the 3.5-point spread, and the 200 points made it OVER the posted total of 199.
James also had nine rebounds and seven assists for the Cavaliers. Danny Granger had 18 points and nine rebounds for the Pacers.
