Cowboys lasso ranked Red Raiders

The No. 13 Texas Tech Red Raiders couldn’t come back on Saturday afternoon, getting behind early and then falling by a 24-17 score to the Oklahoma State Cowboys.

The Red Raiders had been favored by 22.5 points in this contest. The combined score fell well UNDER the game’s posted total (64.5).

Cowboys QB Bobby Reid went 9-of-16 for 78 yards and a touchdown in the win. D’Juan Woods had the TD catch for Oklahoma State, while Mike Hamilton and Al Pena each ran for scores.

Cody Hodges was good on 30-of-43 pass attempts for 306 yards for Texas Tech. Hodges tossed a TD strike to Jarrett Hicks, and was picked off once. Chris Hudler returned a fumble for the Raiders’ other major score.
